The project required setting up multiple VPS (Visual Positioning System) anchors using Niantic’s ARDK to enable seamless AR content across a large area. Beyond implementing anchors, the client needed asset optimization for performance, visual polish with realistic shadows and reflections, and iOS export support. The challenge was balancing technical demands with high-quality visual design within a tight delivery schedule.
