Challenges

Their latest project, Clash of Chicken, a fast-paced tower defense mobile game, launched without a monetization strategy. Our task was to create and integrate a complete monetization framework.

Creating Player-Friendly Monetization

RGS was able to design a player-friendly monetization system that blended visual effects, sound design, character animations, and immersive environments. We introduced in-app purchases, rewarded ad opportunities, and game economy design, while supporting long-term player retention and revenue growth.

Results

The monetization framework developed by RGS established a direct and sustainable revenue stream for the game. Rewarded ads drove higher engagement, while improvements to UI, VFX, and SFX boosted player progression. A balanced game economy design encouraged repeat play, improved retention, and supported consistent revenue growth.

Key outcomes included:
